Q1: It seems that the scenery keeps scrolling to the left(right,up,down). What can I do to fix it?
Q2: The gun spins around by itself. Why? How can I fix it?
A: It seems that you have an additional game input device plugged to your system but you don't use it in the game. It can be GamePad, Joystick, Whell or something else... Just unplug it if you don't use it and this will solve your problem...


Q: I need to re-download a game I purchased, how can I do that?
A: Just email support with the name and email used to purchase it, and we will give you a new download link and all registration instructions.


Q: I can't get a game/screensaver to run.
A: Are you sure you have the latest DirectX version from http://www.microsoft.com/directx?

Are you sure you have a suitable 3D accelerator in your machine?
